Hilltop Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing inspections, repairs, and replacements. All information provided on this website is for informational purposes. Any quotes or estimates provided via the website are preliminary and are subject to change until a physical, on-site inspection is performed by our team.

Visual Inspections & Professional Advice

Our roof inspections are visual and non-destructive in nature. Hilltop Roofing is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or underlying conditions (such as rotted OSB decking, mold, or structural shifting) that cannot be identified without the physical removal of roofing materials.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, "Interesting Inspection Findings" photography, and "Shine the Light Fund" branding, is the exclusive property of Hilltop Roofing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

The Shine the Light Fund

The "Shine the Light Fund" is a community initiative managed by Hilltop Roofing. Recipients of free roof replacements or services are selected at the sole discretion of Hilltop Roofing based on internal criteria. Submission of a story or request does not guarantee service or a contract for work.

Third-Party Coordination

For projects involving specialized components (such as solar panel removal/reinstallation or structural repairs via partners like DD Repair Co.), Hilltop Roofing acts as a coordinator. While we only work with trusted partners, Hilltop Roofing is not liable for the independent actions or warranties provided by third-party service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hilltop Roofing and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or reliance on any information provided herein.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
