About the Fund

Rooted in Matthew 5:14, the Shine the Light Fund helps Treasure Valley families in need with full roof replacements- funded entirely by a percentage of Hilltop Roofing’s jobs to ensure homes are safe and families are protected.

At Hilltop Roofing, we understand that business goes beyond just installing roofs, it's about giving back to our community. The Shine the Light Fund is financed entirely by allocating a portion of each job we complete throughout the year.


Our mission is straightforward: offer full, no-cost roof replacements to families, seniors, veterans, and individuals in the Treasure Valley who are experiencing severe financial difficulties, ensuring their homes stay safe, dry, and secure for the future.

Wondering how to apply? Applications for our next recipient will open officially in January 2027.


To maintain a fair, objective, and transparent process for every neighbor in need, all applications must be submitted online during our designated 60-day open period.
