When Should You Get an Inspection?

There's no single right answer, but here are the situations where a roof inspection is clearly warranted:

•       After a significant hailstorm or high-wind event

•       When buying or selling a home

•       If your roof is 10+ years old and hasn't been inspected recently

•       After any work performed on the roof by another trade (HVAC, solar, etc.)

•       If you notice water stains on ceilings or in the attic

•       Before the winter season, especially in freeze-thaw climates like ours
